Fanart for Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality [link] . My second one, even.

Harry gives Hermione permission to use the Invisibility Cloak, magical oath and all. In this fic, the two are in Ravenclaw, and the Cloak is a deep black. It was just a cool mental image, I guess.

Well, they're wearing scarfs and they're being secretive, so I drew them as basically hunching over the cloak. I guess I failed at conveying that, though. Something to keep in mind for next time.

Nah, I think you conveyed both those things quite well. Though I admit, I'm very familiar with the scene in question. Maybe their poses makes more sense in context?

Well, I think it does make sense in context, but that's me. Did I link the fanfic in the description? I can't remember now... I think it was from chapter 72 or something.

What I meant by my question is "maybe it makes more sense to people who've read the chapter, than it does to those who dont?" That could explain why the original commenter was confused.

Aaah, yes XD;; yeah, probably. But I guess in a better illustration it would have been more immediately clear that they're a little hunched, at least. I don't know.
